one, two, three!!!

Well our little girl is already three months old! I can't believe it. Everybody is right that they grow so fast. She is smiling now which can make anybodys heart melt...even if you are tired and exhasuted from her crying just a moment ago. She loves to make noises now too. Little squeals, grunts, and gurgles.

it was good while it lastest.

Well, we have some sad news. Jason's trusty honda finally bit the dust. It didn't quite make it to 200,000 miles, but the old guy took us so many places over the years and we have wonderful memories, from the fall retreat our sophomore year, the first time we 'met', to our long drive to Colorado for our honeymoon to recently bringing home our first child. The fate of the trusty guy remains unknown to us...but we do know it will be going to junkyard heaven where it will rest in peace.

an addition to our family...

on Saturday July 17th we welcomed Eisley Marie Soucie into our family with love and excitement. She weighted 9 lbs 11 oz. and was 21 inches long. here are few pictures.

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to my dad, jason's dad, and "soon to be" dad - Jason! And all the other dad's out there. : ). I just thought I would post a little update. I am 36 weeks now. Only 4 weeks way until my July 22 due date. My it has gone fast! Currently I feel like I have a huge extra person in my belly, which I do. She kicks and moves and is getting very heavy. We are slowly getting her room ready and I can't wait to get everything together! I love her room color - hopefully it isn't too bright for her. I picked "teal" for her room. Below is a dedicated dad painting her room. The last coat of paint is going on today!! Yeah! I will post more pictures as we get her room together.

oh..we also have a working guest bathroom now! all we did was paint, some plumbing work, and a new shower curtian. I think it looks pretty good.  :) We had some very special guests this past week and had an awesome time! We are so glad you could come and visit Scott and Stefanie!!

It's about time....

so a lot has happened in the last few months. I have been a slacker by not posting anything! Well, as most of you know Jason and I are expecting towards the end of July. We are going to welcome a little baby girl into our family! We are very excited. We also bought a house! Yes, that is right, we are first time homeowners! All we need now is a puppy. Crazy! God has blessed us so much. Here are a few pictures of some happenings in our lives right now.

Our First Home!

We have done a few things to the house so far, but have a lot planned. So far we have torn up the carpets to reveal the hardwood...but they need refinishing, yard work, painted the hallway bath, and many other misc. things. My parents came down and they were a really big help.Thanks mom and dad! This is Jason removing painted wallpaper in the baby's room. I can't wait to paint it!

This was taken today (Mother's Day). I am 29 weeks and 3 days. There is definately no hiding that I am prego now.

So obviously it had been awhile since we posted anything. my sister got married! we went on vaction to Oregon which was amazing! pictures will be coming soon...

Indianapolis

The same weekend as my sister's graduation in Anderson we were able to stop by and see Jason's family too. It just happened to be Mother's day so Jason and I made homemade pizza for the family.
